Park litter bin

Litter bin composed of a strong cylindrical structure, in two measures, formed by vertical steel plate ribs, within which is the triangular key slam-lock door to access the internal liner complete with handle for lifting.  The steel sheet cover is fixed to the structure with an aperture in the top for rubbish, which can also incorporate a semi-circular steel ashtray. The steel plate base can be fixed to the ground with suitable fixings.
